Community Transport Central Coast eligibility and registration

Eligibility

Anybody can use Community Transport services, but services are subsidised for My Aged Care (over 65s). NDIS participants can use their allocated funds for travel. Transport disadvantaged people who live in regional or rural locations with limited public transport can also travel at a discounted rate.

Registration

Please call 02 4355 4588 or send your details through on our enquiry form. We will need your name, address and telephone number, My Aged Care/NDIS details, plus any special requirements such as wheelchair accessible vehicles.

Once registered, simply make a booking by calling 02 4355 4588. The more notice you give us, the closer we can match your exact time requirements.

Fees and charges

We charge a fee for service, but for My Aged Care, that cost is subsidised. NDIS participants use allocated funding from their NDIS package. We also have options available for transport disadvantaged people who have difficulty meeting the cost of Community Transport services.

Service areas

The Community Transport service covers all Central Coast Council areas (old Wyong and Gosford Council areas) and can take you anywhere on the Central Coast or further afield to Sydney or Newcastle. Again, the sooner you book your ride, the better we can service your needs.
